Common sense.
Applied here.

It’s all about trust

People are your most important and expensive asset. But people are people and none of us is perfect, so that’s why we’re here to help. We believe in building trust and the only way to do that is by working with integrity. We’re completely confidential too – we know how to deal with sensitive issues that are important to you.

A results-driven approach

We’ve worked with creative companies of all kinds and we understand what drives results you’re looking for. We’ll always be honest about what we can and can’t do for you. As a result, people at every level trust us to help them work smarter.

Get the best out of everyone

We’re big believers in diversity and we can help anyone in your business realise their potential. Which makes it easier to retain and grow talented staff – building your reputation and attracting even more talented people.

Here, there and everywhere

We work face -to-face and/or online to suit you.

You’ll find us working with clients all over the place in the UK and across Europe, North America, Australia and the Middle East.

Insider knowledge

We both have broad experience in the creative industries and survived to tell the tale. We founded Creative People to put our joint experience to good use.
